Bouquet size, shades, bloom size, and color might vary from the pictures shown.

All flowers are perishable items and are not guaranteed to be completely flawless.

Substitutions may be required to ensure your flower arrangement or specialty gift is delivered promptly.

By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. You shall not use this website if you disagree with these Terms and Conditions.

Besan Flowers reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile, and all disputes arising in addition to that shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Customers using the website who are Minors/under 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

 

 Delivery Policy

Delivery Area and Shipping Costs:


 We deliver to all major cities in UAE; all shipments and delivery will be made by our courier partners within UAE. All orders placed before 11 am UAE time will be delivered on the same day within Abu Dhabi and Next Day for other UAE Cities. For Abu Dhabi city orders placed before 7 pm will be delivered on the same day, we will send a notification on confirmation and delivery through email. We have a free delivery policy for all orders above AED 250 in Abu Dhabi. Please refer to below charges for deliveries below AED 250:

 

Abu Dhabi Region: 30 AED

Other Cities in UAE: 50 AED.

Delivery Times:

  •  Deliveries are generally made between 12 pm and 8 pm. During busy seasons like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we reserve the right to deliver between 10 am and 9 pm.

 

Delivery Attempts

We require buyers to provide us with the receiver’s contact number to contact them for the collection of delivery. If by any chance our dispatcher could not locate the receiver after several attempts, Besan Flowers and our collaborative dispatchers will not be liable for the failed delivery. 

 

  1. Incorrect Recipient Information
     

If the delivery cannot be done because of an incorrectly specified recipient’s address, Beanflowers.com will not be responsible for delivery delays or failure; therefore, no refund will be possible.

Most of our orders are handled by a 3rd party shipper, so whenever the address is incorrect: this may cause a potential delay in the delivery by 1-2 business days OR lead to a complete delivery failure (when the product shelf life no longer allows for the delivery delay).

Because of this, we highly recommend that you double-check the address & specify a working recipient’s phone number to ensure timely delivery.

If the recipient has moved away or cannot receive the gift at the location within two business days after attempted delivery: the shipment will be returned or destroyed, so no refund will be possible.

Suppose the recipient’s delivery information is incorrect and no alternative information was provided timely. In that case, the order will be cancelled as undeliverable, and the refund amount will be determined per-case basis according to the expenses associated with the order.

 

  1. Order Refused by a Recipient

It is rare, but sometimes a recipient may refuse to accept the order for personal reasons or due to their company policy. In such cases, we will offer you the option to redirect the order to another address or recipient in the same city. If we have incurred expenses for the order processing and delivery to the initial recipient, an additional payment for order redirection may be requested. If you offer no option to redirect the order to another address or recipient in the same country: no refund will be possible. This is because each item delivered is built-to-order, and many items are perishable and can’t be reused for another order.

besanflowers.com accepts all major Debit/ credit cards: MasterCard, Visa in AED

CASH ON DELIVERY:

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Once the customer chooses COD., our team will contact you to verify and complete the order offline.

Wire Transfer:

Customers can pay via wire transfer at checkout using Besan Flowers’s bank Account. Please update us via email at besan_flowers@hotmail.com after the payment is made.

PRODUCTS

FLOWER AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTION

All of our flowers, plants, and bouquets are subject to availability. Suppose there are supply difficulties or flower quality issues. In that case, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternative product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. If you wish to discuss our substitution, don't hesitate to contact our customer services team.

All products listed on the Website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change. Besan Flowers reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.

You agree that Besan Flowers will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or information on such product or services received from Besan Flowers suppliers, Besan Flowers shall have the right, before the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed, we shall notify you as soon as possible no later than one business day.

 If you have already been charged for the order and Besan Flowers cancels your order, Besan Flowers, for any reason whatsoever, will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount of the charge.

Specific product ranges are available in selected delivery areas only, and such information is given on the respective product pages.

DAMAGED FLOWERS

Although we do our best to ensure this does not happen, on rare occasions, flowers may arrive at their destination damaged. If the recipient receives such flowers, please get in touch with us immediately so we can arrange a substitute on the next available delivery date or a full or partial refund. The partial refund amount will depend on the specific circumstances and condition of the flowers.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

If a customer is not satisfied with an item for a valid reason mentioned below, the Item may be replaced if the recipient can send back the item as delivered within the same day but cannot be refunded if Damaged by the Customer.


We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if :

  • If Besan Flowers sent a wrong product
  • If the product is defective.
  • If the product was damaged in shipping
  • If the product has been tampered with.

If a product is received damaged, the sender/recipient shall send the pictures of the damaged product for complaint review to besan_flowers@hotmail.com

 

Refunds will be made onto the original payment mode and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

 

Expect a delivery delay during hectic seasons like Valentine's Day, Eid Holidays, UAE National Holidays, and Mother's Day. We cannot guarantee to accept order changes within 72 hours of the intended delivery date.

 

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Besan Flowers will make every effort to ensure you receive the expected service & high-quality Products. You may not be able to cancel same-day orders. If the customer cancels the order one business day before the delivery date, they can get a full refund. The order can be cancelled anytime before shipping, but a full refund will be entitled only if it is done one business day before the delivery date. Thus, bank charges may apply.

Note: Besan flowers will process a refund if the order is canceled due to Besan Flowers’ incapability of fulfilling the order.
