Shipping & Delivery – Besan At Besan, each arrangement is handmade with care and intention. To preserve the freshness and beauty of your flowers, we currently offer delivery exclusively within Abu Dhabi.
Delivery Area We deliver only in Abu Dhabi at this time. Deliveries outside of Abu Dhabi are not available.
Delivery Times Deliveries are scheduled daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please select your preferred time slot when placing your order. Slots are subject to availability and may vary during high-demand periods.
Delivery Fee The delivery fee depends on your selected time frame and urgency. The specific fee will be shown at checkout based on the delivery option chosen.
Changes & Cancellations If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at besan_flowers@hotmail.com
If your order has not yet been prepared, we will gladly update or cancel it and issue a full refund if applicable.
If the order is already out for delivery, we will try our best to stop the delivery, but due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers, we may not be able to provide a refund.
