Delivery Policy Service Area: We currently offer delivery exclusively within Abu Dhabi.
Delivery Hours: Deliveries are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM daily.
Delivery Fees: Delivery charges vary based on the urgency and time slot selected. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.
- Order Modifications & Cancellations Modifications: If you wish to modify your order, please contact us promptly. Changes can be accommodated if the order has not yet been prepared.
Cancellations: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the preparation has not commenced. Once the order is in production or out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
- Refund & Replacement Policy Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer:
Replacement: If the product is defective or does not meet our quality standards.
Refund: In cases where a replacement is not feasible.
